You're about to fly to England and realize your vape pen is in your pocket. Do you need to ditch it?
No. In this England Vape Travel guide, we cover what you need to know about flying to England with a vape pen.

Can You Bring A Vape Pen On A Plane To England?
Long story short: Yes, you can bring a vape pen on a plane to England.
There are a few important rules, though, and the biggest one is where you pack it.

Bringing A Vape Pen In Your Carry-On Bag
Your vape pen has to travel in your carry-on bag or on your person. The TSA (Transportation Security Administration) allows electronic smoking devices in carry-on bags only.
Each lithium ion battery must not exceed a Watt-hour (Wh) rating of 100 Wh; for lithium metal batteries, the limit is a lithium content of 2 grams.
Keep the device switched off or locked so it can't fire by accident. You can't vape or charge it on the plane.
Bottles of e-liquid follow the normal carry-on liquids rule: 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters) or less per container, in one quart-sized bag.

Packing Your Vape Pen In Your Checked Luggage
Don't. Vapes, e-cigarettes and spare vape batteries are not allowed in checked bags, because their lithium batteries are a fire risk in the cargo hold.
The FAA's vape safety guidance says to keep vapes with you in the cabin and not use or charge them on the aircraft. It also says the same packing rules apply on international flights.
If an airline gate-checks your carry-on, take the vape and any spare batteries out and keep them with you.

Guidance From TSA
Rules can change, so check the TSA website for the latest guidance before you fly.
The TSA has a section on their website specifically dedicated to electronic cigarettes and vaping devices. Also check your airline's limits on how many devices you can carry.
